Superflex Non-woven Abrasives  

Manufactured from abrasive grains impregnated into a three-dimensional support of nylon fibres, non-woven abrasives conform to the geometry of the work piece providing a consistent finish throughout its lifetime. Used as the first step in polishing applications, after the use of conventional abrasives, Non-Woven flap discs are suitable for use on steel, non-ferrous metals, cast iron and plastics.  

Offering a fast and economical method of stripping, blending, preparation and finishing, the three-dimensional flap design reduces clogging and heat build-up during application ensuring no discoloration to the work piece. Ideal for cleaning, descaling, rust removal, and is available from coarse to very fine, for various desired finishes.
